Technicians relied on fragmented tools for accessing vehicle data, documenting repairs, and managing workflows. The lack of a unified, mobile-friendly interface limited efficiency and created operational friction across the dealership.
Our Solution
We delivered the platform in two phases. Phase 1 established a secure, user-friendly foundation with MFA/SSO authentication and a responsive interface for login, repair order scanning, image uploads, and vehicle data access. Phase 2 introduced VIN and repair order lookups via third-party APIs, structured media workflows for inspections, customer notification features, and data pipelines to support future AI-driven part identification.
